Class Levels

Beginner Bungee

**ALL FLYERS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE THIS CLASS BEFORE ANY OTHER BUNGEE CLASS**

In our beginner bungee class we start by getting you weighed in, then we move on to fitting you for your harness, and last we have to get your correct bungee cord count. Our goal is for you to be confident and secure before you launch into Level Up! (We encourage you to take this class more than once.)

Level Up Bungee

Now that you are skilled on how to clip in your harness and are comfortable with the fly process, take our Level Up class where we fly at a faster speed while taking the knowledge from Beginner Bungee to the next level! This class is routine based with little instructional time.

Rebound Fitness

Our Rebound class is a 35 minute, high cardio and full body workout on a Rebounder. This class is for all levels!

Grip socks are required for this class. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at our studio.
